‘Cara and Co’ is the blog home of Turvys
Clearly, no matter how much she likes it, there is more to Cara than just fabric!
Cara is married to a wonderful, if not long suffering man, and they have two children together plus a Golden Retriever (who can not retrieve, only steal) and three cats.
Cara became interested in all things fabric and felt aged 5 when she first made a ‘needle case book’ for her mum. Its fair to say she has been ‘hooked’ on fabric ever since, and struggles to walk past a fabric shop without going in for a ‘browse’. Her use of this word to her husband does not fool him, ever.
Cara opened her store online at the end of 2007 after being repeated told (more like bullied 
) to do so.
